Refund Policy

The short version
If you're not happy with your portrait, we'll make it right. Either a re-generation with adjusted settings or a full refund — your choice.
Digital downloads
Since digital portraits are delivered instantly, we generally can't “return” them. But if the portrait genuinely doesn't look like your pet or there's a quality issue, email us within 7 days and we'll either regenerate it or refund you. No questions asked.
Prints & canvas
If your print arrives damaged or the quality isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.
Gift codes
Unused gift codes can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a gift code has been redeemed, it can't be refunded — but the recipient gets the same satisfaction guarantee as any other customer.
How to request a refund
Email hello [at] artango.co with your order details. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
